Procyon is provided as-is. The free tier is free forever. Pro is $7.99/month, billed via Stripe, cancel anytime via /manage_subscription. Don't use Procyon to harass anyone or break Discord's or EA's rules. We can suspend or remove the bot from your server if you abuse it. Everything below is the long version.
Procyon is a Discord bot that integrates with Madden NFL's Connected Franchise mode to provide automated recaps, scoreboards, standings, game channels, and roster lookups for franchise commissioners and league members. Procyon is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA Sports, the NFL, Discord, or Replit. "Madden", "NFL", and team names are trademarks of their respective owners.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use Procyon. By installing or using Procyon, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using it under any applicable law.
/roster, /standings, /schedule, /player, /weekly_stats, and others./manage_subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.We do not generally issue refunds for partial months, since you keep Pro access until the period ends. If Procyon experiences a multi-day outage or you were charged in error, email procyonhq.bot@gmail.com and we'll work it out case-by-case.
If we change Pro pricing, current subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
You agree NOT to use Procyon to:
Procyon is provided on a best-effort basis. We target high uptime but we do not guarantee any specific service level. Procyon depends on third-party services (Discord, EA, Stripe, Replit) and may experience outages outside our control. No SLA is offered.
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or to protect the bot or its users. Where possible we'll announce planned downtime in the Procyon HQ Discord.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Procyon — including removing the bot from your server and canceling any active subscription — if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal or financial risk. We'll try to give you notice and a chance to fix the problem, but we don't have to.
You can stop using Procyon at any time by kicking it from your Discord server and canceling Pro via /manage_subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past months.
Procyon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Procyon will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific data will be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procyon and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Procyon — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Procyon is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the claim arose, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Procyon and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
If we materially change these Terms, we'll announce it in the Procyon HQ Discord and update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Procyon after the change date means you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept the new Terms, your remedy is to stop using the bot.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
